Gary Samata is an accomplished Global MES Solution Architect with extensive experience in the field of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and automation solutions. Currently employed at AVEVA since March 2018, Gary is responsible for designing, pricing, and supporting all stages of the sales process for large-scale MES and Automation solutions, with a specialization in the MMM vertical and the "AVEVA Production Management" solution. Prior to joining AVEVA, Gary held roles at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities included Global MES Solution Architect and System and Architecture Specialist, and worked as a Technical Manager at Tyco Flow Control from 1997 to 2006. Gary holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from Curtin University, completed in 1997.
