Hervé Lours

Hervé Lours is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in driving business growth and strategic initiatives across various industries. As Vice President of Business Unit at AVEVA since 2019, Hervé has successfully transformed the maritime, offshore, and port activities, clarifying the software portfolio strategy and accelerating the release of flagship products. Prior experience at Schneider Electric from 2013 to 2019 involved defining a differentiated segment strategy and achieving over 200% growth in aftermarket business. Hervé's tenure at Constellium from 1998 to 2013 included roles as European Sales Operations Director and Sales Director, where significant revenue growth and organizational streamlining were achieved. Earlier career experiences at Arthur D. Little focused on development strategy and change management.
