Ilya Dubov

Ilya Dubov is a Tech Support Senior Engineer at AVEVA, specializing in the PI System software since April 2020. Ilya previously held the role of Technical Account Manager, providing post-sales technical support, assisting with software adoption, and collaborating with R&D and Product Managers for software enhancements. Prior to joining AVEVA, Ilya served as a Product Support Engineer II at OSIsoft, offering field services and customer training, and as a Product Support Engineer I, troubleshooting various technical support cases. Earlier experience includes roles at Edmund Optics as a Sales and Application Engineer, and at Biffa as an Assistant Development Manager, focusing on engineering projects related to landfill gas recovery. Ilya began the professional journey as a Gas Operative at Hydro-X Water Treatment and holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) with Honours in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
