Jay Draeger

Jay Draeger is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at AVEVA since March 2021, Jay is instrumental in managing recruitment for a global leader in industrial software. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at OSIsoft from March 2016 until the company was acquired by AVEVA. Jay also worked as Group Leader of Talent Acquisition at Exponent for nearly 11 years, where significant contributions were made to expanding the engineering and scientific consulting staff. Earlier career achievements include building a successful Biotech & Pharma recruiting desk as a Senior Recruiter at PrincetonOne and recruiting professionals for major clients while serving as a Project Coordinator. Jay holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
