John Leighton

John Leighton is an accomplished engineering professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. John gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Mondelēz International, where oversight of a significant roof replacement project was completed. As an Associate Engineer and Production Supervisor, John led cross-functional teams to enhance production performance and implemented lean six sigma methodologies. John also worked as a Grader at the University of Illinois, providing support in various engineering courses, and accumulated expertise through multiple roles at AVEVA, including Performance Analyst Engineer and Principal Presales Consultant. Additional experience includes successful internships at Kraft Foods, where productivity increases and process optimizations were achieved, and a position as Sr Technical Solutions Engineer at Schneider Electric Software.
