Jyoti Dave is currently the Senior Patent Counsel at AVEVA, where they specialize in shaping and safeguarding intellectual property strategies. With extensive experience in managing a diverse patent portfolio, they guide complex patent prosecution and strategic IP matters. Previously, Jyoti worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Dergosits & Noah LLP, providing comprehensive legal support across various IP domains, and as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO. Jyoti also holds a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Seton Hall University School of Law.
