Mike Reed

Mike Reed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and analytics, currently serving as a Senior Manager in the AI Center of Excellence at AVEVA since March 2018. In this role, Mike oversees engineering and solution engineering for AVEVA's software products, leading a team of subject matter experts and engineers to align software capabilities with real-world applications. Prior to this, Mike held several managerial positions at AVEVA and Schneider Electric, focusing on predictive asset analytics and online monitoring solutions across various industrial sectors. With a background that includes technical roles at GE Intelligent Platforms, Worley Parsons, and Black & Veatch, Mike possesses strong expertise in power plant design, project management, and customer reliability engineering. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
