Mike Wooles is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in digital learning and content development. Currently at AVEVA since May 2022, Mike has focused on creating and refining onboarding training content for a range of cloud-based industrial software. Prior roles include instructional design at Raytheon UK, where Mike modernized training for the Royal Navy Selbourne project, and as an eLearning Specialist at Hampshire County Council, delivering comprehensive e-learning courses. With experience in digital production at Specsavers and management of digital content at Ordnance Survey, including overseeing site rebranding projects, Mike has consistently improved user experience and learning delivery. Mike's education includes a Level 5 Award in Digital Learning Design and a CIM Diploma in Marketing, complemented by a BA in Business Studies.
