Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith is an experienced technology executive with a focus on software engineering, currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at AVEVA since January 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing a 70-member team within the Engineering Data Management group. Previous roles at AVEVA include Director of Software Engineering and Software Development Manager. Prior to AVEVA, Stuart worked at Plusnet as Software Engineering Lead, managed projects and teams at SDL International, and held positions at Lightwork Design, SEAMS Ltd, Technophobia, and Nortel Networks, cultivating a strong background in software development across various technologies. Stuart holds a degree in Software Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
