Ted Saoumi

Ted Saoumi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management, business development, and educational services. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Management at AVEVA since March 2018, Ted has also held various roles within the company, including Business Manager for Solution Support and Business Development Manager. Prior to AVEVA, Ted worked at Schneider Electric for nearly nine years, advancing through positions such as Global Offer Manager and Senior Product Manager. Ted's earlier career includes roles at the University of Western Sydney as a Lecturer, Avaya as Educational Services Manager, and the NSW Police Force, where responsibilities ranged from training management to instructional design. Ted holds a Master's degree in Organisational Development & Training from Southern Cross University and a Diploma in Training & Assessment Systems from TAFE NSW.
