Thomas Phang

Thomas Phang currently serves as the VP of Sales and SEA Market Leader at AVEVA, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Thomas was with Trimble Inc. for nearly 15 years, where responsibilities included Vice President of Sales and Area Director for the SEA region, focusing on establishing and expanding the Tekla business. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of APAC Industry Marketing at Autodesk, managing a regional team for industry market development, and as Solutions & Partners Manager at Microsoft Asia, where Thomas developed a partner ecosystem. Thomas began a career in business development at Sun Microsystems. Thomas holds a PhD in Information Technology in Construction and an MBA in Management of Technology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, along with a B.Eng in Computer Systems Engineering from The University of Queensland.
