Xiaoli Tang is an accomplished researcher and leader in the field of industrial software development, currently serving as R&D Director and previously as R&D Manager at AVEVA since March 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at OSIsoft from June 2012 to March 2021, where Xiaoli held roles such as Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, Software Developer, and Customer Support Engineer. Earlier in the career, Xiaoli was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the California Institute of Technology from September 2009 to June 2011. Xiaoli Tang earned a Ph.D. in Physics from Auburn University.
