Norma Gowdy

Norma Gowdy, RN, MSN, is a healthcare access and managed care leader with over a decade of experience in specialty pharmacy and patient advocacy. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Managed Care at AvevoRx, they previously held significant roles at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy and Optum, where they excelled in driving medication approval processes and managing multi-state patient advocate teams. Norma started their career as an RN Care Coordinator at Shriners Hospitals for Children-Cincinnati, further enriching their expertise in navigating complex healthcare systems. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing at the College of Mount St. Joseph while also studying for a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Xavier University.
