Denis Basic

Denis Basic is an experienced Unified Communications and Video Conferencing engineer with a strong background in planning, designing, and deploying complex UC&C systems. Currently serving as a UCC engineer 3 at AVI-SPL since May 2018, Denis specializes in integrating on-premise and cloud-based solutions using technologies such as Cisco, Pexip, Microsoft, Polycom, Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, alongside providing training and system analysis. Prior to this role, Denis worked at BT - Global Services from 2014 to May 2018, where responsibilities included training teams in troubleshooting procedures, managing videoconferencing infrastructure, and delivering enterprise-level support for various video conferencing equipment. Additionally, Denis has a foundational experience in IT and technical support from a tenure at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, spanning nearly two decades.
