Jake Schultz is an experienced Onsite AV Manager at AVI-SPL since April 2022, previously serving as Director of Event Technology at Encore from November 2018 to April 2022, where operational excellence led to perfect Medallia scores. Prior experience includes coordinating corporate events at Boston Event Lighting & Films, managing multiple A/V systems, vendor accounts, and client relations. Jake's freelance work included serving as an Audio Visual Specialist, preparing for international conventions, and managing audio functionality for major corporate events. With a solid foundation as Director of Audio Visual Sales and Services at Southern Audio Visual, Jake has cultivated strong partnerships with clients and vendors throughout a dynamic career in the audio-visual industry, supported by an Associate’s Degree in Audio Production from The New England Institute of Art.
