Simon Bell is an experienced Field Service Manager with a robust background in electronics and technical support spanning over three decades. Currently at AVI-SPL since February 2014, Simon has held roles as both Field Service Manager and Senior Field Service Engineer. Prior to this, experience includes positions at Electrosonic as a Senior Field Service Engineer, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and Field Service Engineer, providing service for various installations in Corporate, Leisure, and Command & Control environments. Simon began a career at Bose Corporation as an Electronics Service Engineer, specializing in audio electronics and support for a dealer network. Additional experience includes roles at EIZO Limited and Dixons as a Component Service Engineer, along with an early apprenticeship at GEC Avionics Ltd, covering fundamental aspects of electronics.
