Avi Sheth

Avi Sheth, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Analyst at AVIA, beginning in June 2022. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Northwestern Medicine overseeing phlebotomy operations for over 130 employees and launching a primary care clinic. Avi has a background in healthcare administration through an Administrative Fellowship, accumulating substantial experience in hospital operations and strategic planning. Additional internships include contract management at Ascension Technologies and administrative support at Centegra Health System. Early career experience includes a Human Resources Coordinator position at NorthShore University HealthSystem and serving as an undergraduate teaching assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
