Sherry Smith, CSM, CSPO, is an Innovation and Experience Design Leader with over 20 years of experience in transforming healthcare through AI and human-centered digital innovation. Sherry worked at American Express in various leadership roles, including Global Operations Manager and Team Leader, where they significantly improved customer service metrics and operational efficiencies. As the founder of Serenity Stream Yoga & Wellness, Sherry successfully established a community-focused wellness center during an economic downturn. Currently, Sherry serves as the Sr. Director at AVIA, leading digital transformation initiatives within healthcare systems, and is an Advisory Board Member for Northeastern University's Healthcare Founder's Residency program.
