Nikki Chen

Nikki Chen has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. Nikki began their career as an Associate Consultant at STP Search Firm, followed by a Consultant role at D & J Consulting Firm. In 2008, they joined Beijing AcePro. Executive Search Consultants as a Senior Consultant, where they led a team of 2-3 members to serve Microsoft, IBM, Alibaba, Baidu, and Yahoo. In 2010, they moved to Polycom as Head of Talent Acquisition and Development for Greater China, where they worked with business leaders to support the organization in talent management. In 2016, they took on an HRBP role at Hengsun Consultants, followed by a Director role at Elex\u667a\u660e\u661f\u901a in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as Talent Aquisition Director at AviaGames Inc.

Nikki Chen attended Beijing Union University from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology.
