Johnny Chen

Johnny Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and configuration management. Currently serving as the Component and Configuration Management Team Manager at AVIAGE SYSTEMS since July 2012, Johnny is responsible for budget management, team leadership, and ensuring alignment of component management activities with projects. Previous roles at AVIAGE SYSTEMS include Configuration Management Team Manager and Engineering Project Manager, where Johnny successfully led technical localization projects and managed cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes positions as NPI Project Leader at Philips Lighting, Project Engineer at AT&S Asia Pacific Ltd., and Process Engineer at ASE Group Global.
