Vivek Adarsh, PhD, is currently serving as the Co-founder & CEO of AviAI Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Santa Barbara from April 2017 to July 2022. Additionally, they held positions as a Research Associate at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from June 2021 to September 2021, and from June 2020 to September 2020 in the Networked Systems Lab, where they won the "Best in Class" competition among 400 projects. Vivek also gained work experience as a Software Engineer Intern at LogMeIn in the Machine Learning team from June 2018 to September 2018. Previously, they served as a Project Research Intern at EIGEN Technologies P. Ltd from June 2015 to August 2015, focusing on implementing the Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) protocol and Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) protocol in Wireless Sensor Nodes (WSN). At NVIDIA, Vivek worked as a Project Research Intern from January 2015 to March 2015, working on the conversion of unstructured to structured data (U2S) and image processing. Furthermore, they gained research experience as a Research Intern at the University of Turin from June 2014 to August 2014, contributing to the development of contemporary Watershed Management Systems (WMS) for implementation in Central America and Africa. Vivek actively collaborated with different agencies worldwide to localize technology in the targeted regions affected by climate change.

Vivek Adarsh, PhD, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara. Vivek also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
