Beth Ward

Beth Ward has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Beth started their career at Pamlico County Health Department as an Environmental Health Specialist, where they investigated and regulated areas of environmental concern. Beth then worked at Craven County Health Department as a Soil Scientist, where they managed soil and land use analysis. Beth later served as the Director of Volunteer Programs at Greenwell Foundation, overseeing various volunteer programs. Beth then joined Technology Security Associates, Inc as a Senior Management Analyst for NAVAIR Acquisition Policy & Configuration/Data Management, and later became a Project Manager for AIR-1.1 contractor support service contract.

Beth's career continued to progress as they joined Avian, where they held several leadership positions. Beth served as a Project/Program Manager at the College of Program Management, leading the development of a core curriculum and coordinating training programs. Beth then became a Program Manager Subcontracts, overseeing the successful execution of over 30 subcontracts and task orders. Beth's role expanded to become the Director of Professional Services, where they contributed to the overall management and operations of the company.

In their most recent roles at Avian, Beth served as the VP of Training, Multimedia, and Consulting, responsible for managing the sector's capabilities, contract portfolio, and profit and loss statements. Beth also took on additional responsibilities as VP of Test & Evaluation I Flight Support. Currently, Beth holds the position of VP of Operations, overseeing all market sectors, operationalizing corporate strategy, and managing employee and customer relationships.

Beth Ward received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Chemistry from Radford University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, in 2001, they briefly studied Soil Sciences at North Carolina State University.
