Eric Flagg

Eric Flagg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the military and aerospace industries. Currently serving as the Military Director for the US Navy since February 2024, Eric previously held the position of System Engineer at AVIAN, providing engineering support to Naval Air Systems Command. Eric's military career includes roles as a Captain in the US Navy Reserve, with responsibilities such as Mission Director and Operations Officer, and earlier as an Assistant Program Manager for Systems Engineering in the US Navy. Eric's background also includes positions at Northrop Grumman as an Air Vehicle Operator, SAIC as a Senior System Engineer focusing on Space Shuttle System Safety, and active duty as a Naval Aviator with expertise in both helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. Eric holds a master's degree in Aviation Aerospace System Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a bachelor's degree in Emergency Management from the University of North Texas.
