Luis Lema

Luis Lema is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Director of Control Gestión y Proyectos at Avianca since February 2014. Lema's previous roles include Director of Services and Airports at Oceanair Linhas Aéreas S.A., as well as advisory positions at Variglog and a General Manager role at Arkas S.A., where significant achievements included the creation and certification of the airline. Earlier career milestones feature managerial positions at Cultivos Sayonara and Avianca, where Lema played a critical role in the integration process with ACES and the restructuring of the company's cost management.
