Stuart L. has extensive work experience in marketing and management roles within the telecommunications industry. Stuart started their career at Nera UK as a Product Manager, where they led the introduction of microwave systems and successfully executed radio link projects. Stuart then joined Digital Microwave Corporation as a Technical Manager and later became the Director of Technical Marketing.

In 1999, Stuart moved to Stratex Networks where they held various leadership positions, including Director of Sales for Broadband Products, Director of Broadband Product Management, and Director of Worldwide Solutions Marketing. During this time, they established and managed regional sales activities, developed go-to-market strategies, and designed sales tools.

Since 2007, Stuart has been working at Aviat Networks, initially as the Director of Global Corporate Marketing and later transitioning to roles such as Director of Solutions Marketing and Director of International Product Line Marketing. In their current position as Director of Marketing and Demand Generation, Stuart leads a team in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

Stuart L. has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from UNSW, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. In 1993, they attended The George Washington University to study Microwave System Engineering. In 2002 and 2004, Stuart attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing programs in Financial Awareness for Non-Financial Executives and AEA/Stanford Executive Institute, respectively.
