Brian Kolek

Brian Kolek has extensive work experience in various technology-based roles. Brian co-founded Avicon, Inc. in 2018 and served as the Chief Technology Officer. In 2020, they became a Senior Fellow at the Global Supply Chain Institute at the University of Tennessee. Prior to these positions, Brian co-founded and worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Solzon Corporation from 1995 to 2018. Here, they focused on transforming and optimizing internal and cross-enterprise value chains for clients. Brian also worked at Marcam Solutions as a Consulting Project Manager from 1993 to 1995, where they managed project teams and delivered enhanced ERP and SCM solutions. Before that, Brian worked at Bedford Data Systems as a Senior Consultant - Project Manager from 1988 to 1993.

Brian Kolek's education history begins in 1980 when they attended Austin Preparatory School for their high school education. Brian then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, graduating in 1987. Following that, they attended Northeastern University from 1989 to 1991 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
