Patrick Parro is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Avid Group since June 2023, Patrick previously held roles including Senior Partnerships Manager at Shopify, Senior Transportation Specialist at Aritzia, and Business Consultant for various high-growth eCommerce brands. With a strong foundation in operational strategies, Patrick has successfully led projects in ERP selection, omni-channel fulfillment, and process improvement. A background in continuous improvement at Longo's and customer service experience further complement Patrick's expertise in driving efficiency and effectiveness across various business operations. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Marketing from York University and a high school diploma from St. Michael's Choir School.
