Robert Daly has extensive experience in the coffee and beverage industry, currently serving as the Owner and President of Avid Coffee Roasters since October 2020. Previously, Robert held positions such as General Manager at Acre Coffee and Pleidies Wine Group, where responsibilities included business development, supply coordination, and strategic planning. As Director of Business Development at Amy's Wicked Slush, Robert developed a comprehensive franchise package and employee incentive programs. At Black Oak Coffee Roasters, Robert enhanced brand visibility by developing effective sales processes, while at Taylor Maid Organic Coffee, Robert significantly scaled revenue and launched new products. Earlier roles include Licensed Store District Manager at Starbucks and Sales Manager at Taylor Lane Organic Coffee and Wolf Coffee.
