Previously, Benton served as a management consultant, helping SMB software and technology businesses define their customer experience vision. At CM Group, Benton implemented a full customer support strategy that dramatically improved retention rates and streamlined processes. Benton earned a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University and enjoys connecting with others about customer programs, operations, and various creative interests.
