Chris Bové, Shihan, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital customer success, martial arts instruction, and film editing. Currently serving as the Digital Customer Success leader at Avid since 2008, Chris focuses on team building, customer advocacy, and managing online communities to enhance post-sales support for subscription services. As a Master Instructor at Karate Joe's Self Defense Schools, Chris fulfills the role of Shihan, demonstrating expertise in martial arts. Additionally, Chris founded Always Editing, serving as Editor-in-Chief, and has a strong background in video production and editing through various roles, including Senior Editor at Buffalo Toronto Public Media and producer for educational webinars. Chris holds a B.A. in Media Studies from the University at Buffalo and has completed numerous certifications and training in Avid technologies.
