Dan Spier has extensive experience in customer care and technical support within the audio and video industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Care for the Southern Region at Avid since January 2008. Throughout this tenure at Avid, Dan has held several key positions, including EMEA Customer Care Manager for the Artist Suite and Southern Region, Senior Audio Supervisor, Technical Support Supervisor, and Technical Support Specialist for Avid/Digidesign. Prior to joining Avid, Dan worked at DV247/Digital Village as a Pro Audio Sales representative and served as a technician at dreamhire from 2001 to 2003. Dan's education includes a background from Magna Carta Secondary School.
