Deanne Colwell

Deanne Colwell is an experienced tax consultant and director, currently working at Avid since 2013, after holding various roles including Senior Manager of Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Program Manager at Avid Technology, Inc. from 2005 to 2012. With prior experience as a Business Process Analysis Consultant at USA Mobility and management positions in FP&A, Financial Systems, and Internal Audit at Verizon, as well as a managerial role in Income Taxes at Verizon Telecommunications, Deanne possesses a robust background in taxation and internal controls. Deanne began the professional journey at KPMG US as a Tax Supervising Senior and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northeastern University.
