Greg Robles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and beta program management. Currently serving as the External Testing Resources Supervisor at Avid Technology since 2002, Greg founded the External Testing Resources group to enhance communication between Digidesign and its clients, while ensuring timely product deliveries. Previous roles include Beta Program Manager, where Greg expanded the beta program from 15 to over 300 users and improved its operational processes. Earlier experience at Digidesign included lead QA Tester for Pro Tools Free. Greg also contributed to education as a guest instructor at San Jose State University, developing curriculum and teaching recording technology. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Improvisation and Performance from San José State University.
