Ian Haddow

Ian Haddow has extensive experience in operations management within the technology and manufacturing sectors. Since June 2018, Ian has served as an Operations Program Manager at Poly, having previously held a similar position at Avid Technology since November 2011, where responsibilities included managing product lines through the entire lifecycle, from new product introduction to end of life. Prior to these roles, Ian was a Senior Program Manager at Symbotic, overseeing the outsourcing of autonomous robots and electrical cabinets for automated warehousing solutions from October 2016 to April 2018. Ian's career began at Prestwick Circuits as a Quality Manager and continued at Prestwick Group as a Quality and Operations Manager, followed by a significant tenure at Celestica as a Global NPI Manager from January 1996 to November 2011. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Glasgow, obtained from 1979 to 1983.
