Mike Ziemba

Mike Ziemba has over two decades of experience in the audio technology industry, currently serving as a Field Service and Support Engineer at Avid Technology since 2002. In this role, Mike provides exceptional onsite service and support for high-profile Audio Console customers, collaborates with QA and Manufacturing Engineering to enhance product quality, and trains support personnel. Previously, Mike was a Technical Support Representative at Avid, where several thousand technical support requests were successfully resolved, focusing on Pro Tools hardware and software. Mike's career began at BitHeadz as a Marketing Assistant. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from the University of California, Santa Cruz, obtained in 1996.
