Prenitha Thomas

Prenitha Thomas possesses extensive experience in technical support and development engineering, primarily in the fields of media technology and cloud services. Since November 2014, Prenitha has served as Principal Expert in Customer Care for the Avid CloudUX and Media Central Platform across the EMEA region, responsible for providing technical support and debugging issues. Prior roles include Team Lead for Developer Support at BlackBerry, where Prenitha focused on the Scoreloop SDK, and Senior Application Engineer at PACT XPP Technologies AG. Additional experience includes leading teams and optimizing video codecs at Toshiba Embedded Software India and Tata Elxsi. Prenitha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2000.
