Roberto Burton. D.m.e.

Roberto Burton, D.M.E., M. Mus. Ed, MAWS, is an Associate Professor at Morris Brown College since August 2022, teaching various courses in humanities, marketing, and music theory. With extensive experience in the music industry, Roberto serves as a beta tester for Avid ProTools and Avid Sibelius, alongside roles as Artistic Director for In One Accord and Soulful Symphony, and Music Director at St. John AME Church. Additionally, Roberto held the position of Director of Bands at Oakwood University from January 2009 to May 2022. Education includes a Doctor of Music Education and Master's degrees from Liberty University, a Master of Education from Alabama A&M University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Oakwood University.
