Sam Butler

Sam Butler has extensive experience in product management and technical support within the audio software industry, particularly at Avid since November 2002. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for audio SDKs and Sibelius, Sam has played key roles in growing and nurturing Sibelius products and solutions across various platforms. Previous positions include Senior Principal Product Manager and Technical Support Manager, where responsibilities ranged from managing support infrastructure and customer acceptance testing to transitioning support structures and enhancing customer tools. Sam's foundations in technical support began at Sibelius Software as a Technical Support Specialist. Academic credentials include a BMUS (Hons) in Music Technology from Kingston University.
