Shailendra Mathur has extensive experience in technology and architecture, currently serving as the Vice President of Architecture and Technology at Avid Technology since August 2000. Mathur has held several leadership roles at Avid, including Senior Director of Architecture for Avid Products and Technology, where oversight of the product suite involving audio and video creative tools, asset management, and broadcast server products was provided. Additionally, roles included oversight of video products and professional editing systems, along with management of the Avid Canada operations in Montreal. Prior to Avid, Mathur worked at Microsoft/Softimage as a Technical Group Lead and held software development positions at M3I Inc., Discreet Logic, and Martinex Sciences.
