Anthony Ritz

Anthony Ritz is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Director of Learning Experience and Design at New Leaders since June 2022. Prior to this role, Anthony worked at AVID Center as a Staff Developer and Lead Writer starting in April 2010. From October 2019 to August 2023, Anthony held positions as Network Director and Instructional Coach at Great Oaks Legacy Charter School. Additionally, Anthony served as Assistant Principal at Success Academy Charter Schools for a brief period in 2019 and has extensive experience as a Mathematics Teacher at various high schools from July 2008 to June 2019. Anthony began a career in education as a Student Affairs Professional at the University of Minnesota from July 1999 to June 2008. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Teacher Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
