Dr. Jill Andersen is currently the Principal at The O'Farrell Charter School and serves as a Lecturer II at the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences. They have extensive experience in educational leadership, previously holding positions as an Assistant Principal and Teacher at O'Farrell Charter School, as well as a Teacher in the San Diego Unified School District. Dr. Andersen has also been a Staff Developer for the AVID Center since 2015, facilitating training for educators on equity and leadership. They hold a Doctor of Education degree in Charter School Management and have earned multiple degrees and credentials in education.
