Elena Chavez, PMP, is an experienced project manager and operations leader with a demonstrated history of managing medium-to-large-scale strategic projects at AVID Center since June 2019. With a strong background at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Elena has directed global operations and overseen program delivery in over 30 international locations, managing a significant annual portfolio.
