Erika Wagner

Erika Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and administration. Erika began their career as an Accounting Technician at Yuma Union High School District. Erika then served as an Admin. Asst. in the Federal Programs department before becoming a Human Resources Specialist, where they were the main point of contact for Classified employees. Erika later joined Encore Capital Group as an HR Coordinator, responsible for HRIS, data maintenance, and payroll integration. Erika then became an HR Business Partner at the same company. Currently, Erika is working at AVID Center, where they have held several positions, including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Director of Human Resources, and Interim Senior Director of Human Resources. Erika'sexperience demonstrates their expertise in HR management, employee relations, and administrative support.

Erika Wagner has an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Arizona Western College. Erika also has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Ashford University. In addition to their degrees, Erika has obtained certifications in Workday, including Workday Report Writer in March 2015 and HCM Fundamentals - Workday Knowledge Management in December 2013.
