Jessica Thayer

Jessica Thayer currently serves as the Manager of Leadership Development and previously held the role of Program Specialist at AVID Center since April 2019. Prior to this position, Jessica worked for The School Board of Highlands County from August 2005 to April 2019, where roles included Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Programs, Director of Secondary Education, Site-Based Administrator, and Educator. Jessica Thayer earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas State University between 2010 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Florida Southern College from 2000 to 2002.
