Kyle Hatfield

Kyle Hatfield has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Kyle began their career as a Web Master for the Kent School District in 2000. Kyle then worked as an IT Infrastructure Intern for the same district, where they gained experience in switch installation, wireless deployment, and computer redistribution.

In 2004, Kyle became a Student Web Developer at Central Washington University, where they provided routine maintenance and developed new websites. Kyle later joined Siemens AG as a Data Center Server Technician, performing hardware upgrades and software installations.

Kyle then returned to the Kent School District, where they worked in various roles including Network Engineer, Network Server Administrator, and Technology Infrastructure Architect. Kyle focused on closing the opportunity gap and preparing students for future success by implementing strategic technologies and processes.

Kyle Hatfield has a Bachelor's degree in ITAM: Network Administration from Central Washington University. Kyle also studied Business at Gonzaga University but did not complete a degree. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Leadership at the University of Washington.
