Laura Rounds

Laura Rounds has extensive experience in educational leadership and consulting, currently serving as AVID Program Manager and Staff Developer at AVID Center since 2015. Laura has been Self Employed as an Industrial and Organizational Consultant since 2011 and has held the role of Associate Professor at the University of Phoenix since 2009, teaching undergraduate psychology courses. Previous positions include Director of School Counseling at William T. Dwyer High School and AVID District Director for Orange County Public Schools, where responsibilities included coaching and monitoring AVID implementation and certification. Education includes an ABD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in the same field from the University of Phoenix, complemented by a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
