Rita Gray M.Ed. is a seasoned education professional currently serving as a Learning Partner (Strategic Advisor) for the City of Seattle, where a focus on racial equity and social justice informs the development of curricula for City employees. Simultaneously, as a Secondary Curriculum Developer for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, Rita has created and is implementing an indigenized observation tool and co-developed a Social Emotional Wellbeing curriculum in collaboration with community leaders.
