Sacha Bennett Ed.d.

Sacha Bennett, Ed.D., currently serves as Manager of Teaching and Learning for Advancing Multilingual Learners at AVID Center since February 2015, after holding the position of Program Specialist in the same department. Prior experience includes working at Garden Grove Unified School District as Program Facilitator for AVID and AVID Excel from September 2008 to February 2015, and as a teacher from September 2003 to June 2008, focusing on AVID and English subjects. Sacha completed a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at Vanderbilt University from 2018 to 2021 and earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Fullerton, between 2008 and 2010.
