Victorious Hall is an experienced educational professional with a robust background in leadership and teaching. Currently serving as an Educational Leadership Consultant at Never Stop Learning Consulting since January 2020 and as a Staff Developer at AVID Center since June 2016, Victorious implements culturally responsive teaching training for public school educators across the United States. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Prince George's County Public Schools from December 2005 to April 2024, where Victorious held roles as Academic Dean/Assistant Principal and History Educator/Coordinator/Department Chair. In these roles, Victorious developed an academic and cultural structure to support both educators and youth and fostered community partnerships for educational programs. Victorious holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Bowie State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Morgan State University.
