David Secunda

David Secunda is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the outdoor and tech industries. As the Founder and CEO of Avid4 Adventure since January 2023, David has dedicated efforts to engage children in active outdoor lifestyles. With a strong commitment to mentoring, David has played significant roles as a Striker at Matchstick Ventures, and as a mentor for MBA students at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, as well as startups in Techstars programs. David also founded WorkBright, providing innovative HR solutions, and has experience as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Mobius Venture Capital and as the Founder and President of PlanetOutdoors. In addition, David served as President of the Outdoor Industry Association, leading initiatives within the industry. David holds degrees in Recreation and Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
